When we first connected with TrekFirst, the visionaries behind Invisitone, they had a compelling name and were on the hunt for a transformative idea. The name was Invisitone, and our mission was to help them create an innovative line of online digital hearing aids. This new line was designed to bridge the gap between affordable hearing amplifiers priced at $99 and premium digital hearing aids that could cost as much as $3,500.

In 2020, the online hearing aid market was bustling with activity due to significant regulatory changes. The introduction of the “Over the Counter Hearing Aid Act of 2017” by the 115th US Congress opened the doors for hearing aids to be marketed directly to consumers, intensifying the competition.

So, how did we ensure Invisitone captured attention and stood out in this crowded market?

Our breakthrough moments came in waves as we collaborated with our agency partners at moddern Marketing. Together, we brainstormed a fresh brand identity for Invisitone, centered around the joy of sound and the satisfaction of hearing more while spending less. We decided that Invisitone would offer three distinct models: Accent, Bridge, and Coda, each perfectly resonating with our overarching sound theme. Moddern crafted a unique brand identity for each model, complete with multiple taglines, original packaging, and custom user guides. Meanwhile, Sublyme Digital developed an eCommerce website optimized for conversions, alongside an engaging Invisitone blog, social media presence, and targeted search and social media ads to boost awareness and drive sales.

Invisitone.com went live in March 2020, just as COVID-19 began to significantly impact North America.
