Moreng Telecom Products Website Revamp
Everything but the website said industry leader.
Moreng Telecom Products has built custom telecom hardware for twenty‑five years, and the people who already knew them knew that. Anyone else met a dated site with cumbersome navigation and no obvious way to ask a question.
Old site = 100
The three measures that moved, each against the old site
Twenty‑five years in, and the site was the gap.
Moreng Telecom Products is a cornerstone supplier of telecom hardware, known for quality and for building to spec when the catalog does not have the answer.
A reputation the website did not carry.
Their standing in the sector was earned over decades: high‑performance hardware, custom builds, and a client list that stays. None of that was doing any work online. The site was dated, the products were buried, and a visitor who wanted a price had to go looking for a way to ask.
They came to us to close that gap — not to decorate the old site, but to rebuild it so the first impression matched the twenty‑five years behind it.
Three problems, one result.
A visitor could not see the capability, could not find the products, and could not ask for a price. Each one sent them back out.
01
A design older than the work
The site did not look like the work behind it, so a visitor arriving cold had little reason to believe the capability was real.
Design Dated
02
Finding a product took far too long
Navigation hid the products, so somebody who arrived interested could still leave without seeing what Moreng builds.
Navigation Cumbersome
03
No short path to asking a price
There was no clear call to action and no short path to a quote, so whatever interest a visitor arrived with had nowhere to go.
Route to a quote None
Rebuild it, then point it at the quote.
A new site on their own brand, content that leads with what they actually build, and a way to ask for a price without hunting for it.
01
A rebuild that fits the brand
We designed and built a clean, mobile‑first site on Moreng’s own brand, laid out so the expertise comes first.
Built Mobile-first
02
Content that leads with the work
Content now leads with fast lead times and custom builds, and the key product categories moved to where people look.
Led with Custom builds
03
A quote request built to be used
We added a structured quote request and a secure customer portal, so asking for a price stopped being a search.
Added Quote + portal
People stayed, and then they asked.
Measured against the old site, on the same traffic, after the rebuild went live.
01
Visits ran deeper
Bounce rate fell by 35% and page views rose by 50%, two views of one thing: people arrived and then stayed.
Bounce Down 35%
02
Inquiries went up
The quote request system contributed to a 30% rise in interest, inquiries and potential leads.
Inquiries Up 30%
03
The look caught up
Customers and partners have praised how the site looks and how it works, the part analytics never shows.
Feedback From clients
The team at Sublyme Digital completely transformed our website. It’s now a true reflection of our company’s values and expertise. The feedback from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive.
The questions this work raises.
Answered plainly, and in full, right here.
Three things, and they compounded. The design read as older than the company’s work, which undercuts a first impression before a word is read. The navigation made products and services hard to find, so people who arrived interested still left empty‑handed. And there was no clear route to a quote, so even a visitor who found what they wanted had nowhere obvious to go next.
No, and the difference matters here. A redesign restyles what is already there, which leaves the navigation, the page structure and the missing paths exactly as they were. This was a rebuild: the structure was rethought around what a visitor is trying to do, and the design was drawn to fit that rather than the other way round.
Because it is the thing a competitor cannot copy quickly, and it is the reason clients stay. Fast lead times and the willingness to build to spec are what separate Moreng from a catalog supplier, so those moved to the front of the site instead of sitting a few clicks deep where only an existing customer would find them.
It turns interest into a message. Before, a visitor who wanted a price had to find a contact page and compose something from scratch, which is enough friction to lose a lot of people. A structured request asks for what is actually needed to price the job, which means fewer rounds of back and forth and a faster answer for the customer.
Site analytics, comparing the period after launch against the same measures on the old site. Bounce rate fell by 35% and page views rose by 50%, which are two views of the same thing: people arriving and going further instead of turning around. The 30% figure covers interest, inquiries and potential leads together rather than signed work.
Not by itself, no. A rebuild resets the baseline and the numbers above are that reset. Holding the gain takes content that keeps pace with what the company is building, and attention to the technical side as the site grows. A site left alone for a few years is how most companies end up needing the rebuild in the first place.
Let’s build something Sublyme.
